Comprehensive reasons

First, find the cause from the outside and see if the valves at the inlet and outlet of the water pipeline are not open, and the pipeline is not smooth, so water naturally cannot come out. If it doesn't work, check again to see if the water passage is blocked. If it is, remove the blockage. To avoid blockage, we need to follow the water usage conditions of the water pump. The clean water pump is suitable for clean water and cannot be used for sewage, which is also beneficial for improving the service life of the water pump.

Gaseous reasons

Firstly, check if there is any air leakage in the suction inlet pipe, just like when drinking milk, if the suction pipe leaks, it cannot be sucked up no matter how it is sucked. Secondly, check if there is too much air inside the pipeline, causing insufficient kinetic energy conversion and inability to absorb water. We can open the vent cock while the water pump is running and listen for any gas to escape. For such problems, as long as there is no air leakage in the pipeline, recheck the sealing surface and open the gas valve to exhaust the gas.

Motor cause

The main reasons for the motor are the incorrect running direction and phase loss of the motor. When the water pump leaves the factory, there is a rotating label attached. We stand at the motor section to check the installation direction of the fan blades and compare them to see if they are consistent with the rotating label. If there is any inconsistency, it may be due to the motor being installed backwards. At this point, we can apply for after-sales service and do not repair it ourselves. If the motor is out of phase, we need to turn off the power supply, check if the circuit is installed correctly, and then use a multimeter for measurement. We can apply for after-sales service for these professional operations, and we must put safety first.
