The deep well fire pump set is a fire pump set developed in accordance with the fire pump standard of the People's Republic of China GB6245-2006 "Fire Pump Performance Requirements and Experimental Methods". The product has been tested by China Fire Equipment Quality Supervision and Testing Center, and all performance indicators have met the standard requirements, and the fire protection product certification has been obtained. The deep well fire pump unit is composed of multiple centrifugal impellers and guide casings, water pipes, transmission shafts, pump base motors and other components. The pump base and motor are located above the pool, and the power of the motor is transmitted to the impeller shaft through the transmission shaft concentric with the water pipe, thereby generating flow and pressure.
Structure description
The long-axis deep well fire pump set consists of three parts: the working part, the water pipe part, and the well part.
1. Working part This part is composed of working parts and water filter parts. The working parts are composed of guide shell, impeller, tapered sleeve, shell bearing and impeller shaft, etc. The impeller is a closed structure. The shells are connected by bolts. Wear rings can be equipped on the guide shell and impeller
2. Water pipe part This part is composed of water pipe, transmission shaft, coupling and bracket parts. The water pipes are connected by flanges, and the transmission shaft is made of 2Cr13 or stainless steel.
3. The upper part of the well This part is composed of pump base parts, motors, motor brackets, couplings and other components.
Conditions of Use
1. Generally non-corrosive clean water.
2. The solid content in water (by weight) is not more than 0.01%.
3. The pH value is within the range of 6.5-8.5.
4. The hydrogen sulfide content is not more than 1.5 mg/L. 5. The water temperature should not be higher than 40°C.
